  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the design but the work was delivered as per the agreed specifications and within the agreed timeframe.
  • If the customer changes their mind after the design work has commenced or is completed.
  • If the customer fails to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner, causing delays.

Refund Process

  3. Final Approval: Once you approve the final design, the service is considered complete, and no further changes will be made without additional costs.
