Refund Policy

We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.

  • We will make full refund if the order is not delivered or started.
  • No-Refund would be eligible for completed orders which are as described in the website.
  • We allow full/partial refund for orders that are not similar to the customer’s request. But the customer should provide valid proof to us within 7 days from the date that the order is completed.
  • If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-7 days
  • It is not a complicated issue. You can simply claim your refund by,

  • But the customer has to wait until the promotion process period would be ended before requesting refund. It is maximum 4-5 days from purchase date.
